We will be starting up the Saturday morning build-up runs on January 13th, and have them run every Saturday morning through the Saturday the week before the race. Reminders and updates will also be posted to the Eau Claire Marathon Build-Up Facebook page.

Looking for more guidance on running the EC half or full Marathon? Join the class for community members! UWEC's Community Education Distance Running class! Choose between the 7:00 am or 6:00 pm lectures on Tuesdays.  We promise the homework will not give you nightmares about going back to college.

Saturday Runs Should be done at an EASY conversational pace as you build the distance up. These runs will include water support when the runs get up to and exceed 8 miles. Just show up! No need to register, no need to come every week, no need to pay anything. Questions? Contact Matt Evans
