The Blugold Mile

COME CHEER WITH US AT the Blugold Mile.

The Eau Claire Marathon sponsors UWEC Student Clubs, Organizations, and athletic teams to participate in the BLUGOLD MILE for the half and full marathon races from 10am to noon on Sunday, April 28!

How can you participate? Gather a group of 10 or more students to cheer along the Blugold Mile, on lower campus, from 10am to noon.

What do you get for it? Groups who bring 10+ students receive either a free entry for the half or full marathon (give it to anyone you want to cheer on at the race) or $100 to be paid to your organization (+$10/additional person, up to $200). Look forward to free food and drinks at the event sponsored by the Water Street Kwik Trip!

The Eau Claire Marathon awarded nearly $3000 to student groups for cheering during the event. This money is provided as a check to your org.
